MATTHEW RAGGIO
Matt Raggio co-founded Oak Technology Partners in 2000 to conduct high-impact,
officer level executive search in the Information Technology Industry.
Matt specializes in the placement of General and Functional management
executives for pre-public Software and Internet Services Companies.
He has more than 16 years of experience in the executive search industry
and has successfully completed over 150 assignments that have delivered
over $5 billion in increased shareholder value. His project completion
percentage and repeat client engagement metrics rank him amongst the
top search consultants in the industry.
Prior to his career in executive search, Matt was a successful sales
and marketing executive for NCR Corporation and Cullinet Software, gaining
valuable experience and perspective that assist his clients in assessing
and acquiring the appropriate talent to achieve desired results.
Matt graduated with an Honors degree in Economics from the University
of California at Berkeley. A third generation San Franciscan, Matt resides
in the Bay Area with his two children.
SCOTT SWIMLEY

Scott
Swimley has over sixteen years' experience in executive search, enjoying
one of the highest completion ratios (99%) and time to fill (60 days)
in the industry based on comparisons to AESC and IACPR statistics. Scott's
practice is concentrated in early stage emerging technology organizations
and high growth mature organizations, primarily in the Internet and
enterprise solutions arena.
Scott has a unique perspective having been an entrepreneur seeking funding
as well as assisting in raising venture capital for several successful
companies. He held key line management positions with venture backed,
start-up Resumix, an HR software applications company acquired by Ceridian
and later, Yahoo!/Hotjobs. Scott also co-founded Concentrics, Inc.,
the first outsourced staffing and HR management firm specializing is
assisting start-up and high-growth organizations with their global recruitment
needs. Scott co-founded LGES (Lautz, Grotte, Engler & Swimley) in San
Francisco and had early executive search experience with F.P. Bacci
& Co. and Korn/Ferry International. Scott also held staffing management
positions with Sybase during their high-growth phase and pre-IPO hypergrowth
staffing experience with Netscape Communications. Scott was involved
in building out the early management teams with revolutionary enterprise
solutions, Internet, and wireless companies such as Commerce One, Inktomi,
Securant, SendMail, Airspace, Friendster, Riverbed, Citysearch, Interwoven
and many other high impact organizations.
He is an active investor, co-founder of Terrace Ventures, limited partner
with Outlook Ventures, Sippl/MacDonald Ventures, Gemstone/Edelstein
Ventures, and co-investor with Charles Marshall, one of Silicons' Valley's
first and leading angel investors. Scott is a valued resource to the
aforementioned venture firms' portfolio companies, where often he is
an active investor.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the
Pacific, and attended Lincoln College, Oxford University. He is active
in his community serving on many charitable boards such as Oakland Children's
Hospital Score for Kids Board, Piedmont Community Church Board of Trustees,
and the Boy Scouts of America. Scott is an Eagle Scout.
JILL COLOMBO YOELL

Jill
Colombo brings over 25 years of business experience to her role as Operations
Manager at Oak Technology Partners. She has had the opportunity to work
with both large and small sized companies including Arthur Andersen
& Co. in San Francisco and San Juan Regional Medical Center in New Mexico.
While working for a Big Eight accounting firm, Jill was involved in
many sophisticated, complex projects and handled a team of five people.
During her tenure in the healthcare industry, she was responsible for
dealing with the media, arranging focus groups, coordinating continuing
education for the staff and planning hospital/community events. Jill
was also involved in the dental industry for nine years helping to present
seminars to dentists and their staff. Seminar topics included marketing,
advertising, hiring, firing, retaining patients, etc. She also acted
as a customer service representative/mentor and helped these same dentists
on an ongoing basis once the seminars were completed. Her past experience
also includes Office Manager for a Mortgage Broker where she ran an
office of 9 people. Again, sales, marketing and customer service were
all key aspects of the position.
Jill has been with Oak Technology Partners since 2001. She makes her
home in Marin County with her husband and son.
